OCD Self Test

OCD self test

Questionnaires can be helpful in identifying mental health disorders. The OCD self test is a simple and brief obsessive compulsive disorder test / questionnaire that can be completed in minutes. While the OCD test does not identify the cause/s of your problem, it can be a useful initial step in the appropriate assessment and treatment of OCD. The questionnaire includes many of the common signs of obsessive compulsive disorder plus conditions that need to be met for a formal diagnosis to be made.
