Inspirational YouTube Messages When

You Are Feeling Down

Life can be tough, and when we are feeling low it can seem even more overwhelming. By its very nature, being depressed leads to what is referred to as a 'negative cognitive triad.' This means that people who are depressed have negative views of themselves, negative views of their environment and negative views of their future. This makes living life harder than it already is. It now takes double the effort to get out of bed, to go to work and to complete everyday tasks. A downward spiral then follows where a person who is 'feeling' depressed then 'acts' depressed. Acting depressed means doing less, spending more time in bed, and avoiding friends. This has the effect of making depression worse which then leads a person to do even less. To help remind and motivate you keep on going, keep on moving, and keep on living, I have included a few inspirational clips that I have found on youtube. When you are feeling overwhelmed by life, review these clips and hopefully they will provide you with the inspiration to keep on going. I am sure there a plenty of these on the web, and if you find any great clips, let me know and I will add them to this page to help motivate other people who may be struggling.
